Community Grants Scheme

The Southern Limestone Coast Council's Community Grants Scheme is for community groups to develop projects and events that enhance community well-being and increase participation in social and leisure activities.

Projects that will be supported must align with the program's objectives to:

  • Support the provision of programs and services which respond to a community need;
  • Contribute to the building of stronger communities;
  • To encourage partnerships with Council; and
  • To facilitate the effective use of community resources and encourage sustainability of services and programs.

 

Submissions for Round 1 of the 2026-2027 Community Grants Scheme are now open. Applications can be completed and lodged to the Southern Limestone Coast Council via:

  • Attachment via email to info@slcc.sa.gov.au
  • Electronic submission via Your Say
  • Return completed hard copy to a Council office:
    • Principal Office at 324 Commercial Street West, Mount Gambier
    • Port MacDonnell Community Complex at 5-7 Charles Street, Port MacDonnell

Applicants are strongly encouraged to read both the Application Pack and Guidelines and Community Funding & Support Policy (FINPOL 09) before completing an Application Form.
